چکیده: مدیریت یک جنبه
مهم از عملکرد ورزش ها بویژه در محیط های ورزش تیمی می باشد. در 25 سال گذشته
تحقیقات زیادی نقش مربی یا مدیر را در این رابطه بررسی کردند. با این حال، این
مقاله فقط یک جنبه از مدیریت را در حوزه ورزشی ارائه می دهد. به طور ایده آل،
مفهوم مدیریت ورزشی بسیار کم بررسی شد. نقش مدیران ورزشی از هر دو جنبه رسمی(مانند
کاپیتان) و غیررسمی(مانند انگیزه دهنده ها یا محرک ها ) می توانند بر محدوده عوامل مرتبط به
تیم از جمله رضایتمندی، ارتباط و پیوستگی
